Description of after-sale and warranty terms

  The equipment be guaranteed free of charge for one year and maintained for whole life .

during the warranty period, all parts are replaced;

after the expiration of the warranty period, maintenance services can be provided through the warranty agreement, only the cost of spare parts is charged. The cost of product damage caused by non-quality reasons shall be borne by the user himself.

  Customer Service Department quick responds to customer's request within 30 mins, and provide solutions within 2 hours.

  The operation control software of the equipment sold is free of charge to provide lifelong upgrades to ensure the latest version and the improvement of its functions.

Training Service in China:

  After the equipment arrives at the customer's factory, the factory will send an engineer to install the equipment , and then train the personnel designated by the customer. After qualified training, the customer personnel can operate the equipment independently and master the maintenance and related operations.

General free training 2-3 people, training time is about 7 days (further contact for the specific circumstances of customers )

  According to the needs of customers, we can train in Shenzhen factory. We can arrange accommodation and other related matters.

Training Service in foreign countries:

 The supplier provide telephone or online training support for the contract equipment. Or to provide free personnel training in supplier’s factory/city for the buyer’s staff.
