1.Machine Application：   

AC530 is our PCBA flux residual spray cleaning machine. It uses water-based liquid to wash flux on PCBA, DI water to rinse to take off liquid residual and ions from PCBA, hot air to make PCBA dry.

It is a compact, integrated, automatic cleaning machine. It conducts high pressure, high flow spray wash technology. Wash, rinse and dry processes are completed in one chamber. It can wash rosin flux, no-clean flux, water-soluble flux, solder paste ball and other organic and inorganic polluted materials. It is the best machine for little small batch and multiple specs PCBA cleaning.

Also it can be used to wash solder paste mis-printed PCB, solder paste stencils and soldering wave Pallets, carriers and parts with flux.

    Main application: Car electronics PCBA, Aerospace PCBA, Telecom PCBA, Medical device PCBA, Digital meters PCBA.
