Soldering Wave Oven Pallet Cleaning Machine

1. Machine Application：

BC210 Pallet auto cleaning machine is mainly used to wash flux on soldering wave oven pallets, Reflow oven trays, Jigs. It is a batch type reflow oven pallets cleaning machine.

Put pallets into the round basket manually, close machine upper cover,setting wash procedure, start the machine. Liquid spray form upper/ lower/ front liquid manifolds and spray hot liquid to pallets to make flux soften, fall down and wash out. After wash, liquid flows back to wash liquid tank. Then rinse tape water spray from upper/ lower/ front water manifolds to rinse pallets and take off liquid residual. After rinse, water flows back to rinse water tank. Finally, hot air blow from upper/lower/ front air knives to make pallets dry. After hot air dry process, open the upper cover and take out clean pallets manually. The round basket turns 360°at 15~20 rpm during wash, rinse and dry process.

Wash process: Water based liquid spray wash+ Tap water spray rinse+ Hot air blow dry.
